Top Model International Casting Regulations.

The casting is open on the dates mentioned on the website. Participation in this casting constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

How to Participate?

Participation in the casting requires online registration via the form available on the Top Model International website. Once the candidate is selected at the first appointment (physical casting), a fee of €40 for registration and file management will be requested.

Conditions of Participation

Be between 15 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2025.

A minor candidate must explicitly declare that their legal representatives have read these Regulations and have given their unconditional consent to the candidate’s participation. Otherwise, the minor candidate will be disqualified.

The candidate, or their legal representatives if the candidate is a minor, agrees not to participate in any beauty contest or sign an exclusive contract with a modeling agency, casting agency, or company organizing a beauty contest from the date of application to the casting until the day after the final if the candidate is selected, or until the day the candidate is informed that their participation in the contest is not accepted.

– Invalid Registrations Registrations made after the casting dates, except for those made the day before the closing date if space is available.
– Poor quality photos not meeting the required specifications.
– Missing contact information.
– Incomplete or incorrect contact information.

Any false identity will result in direct elimination.
Registrations must be made under the candidate’s own name or by their legal representatives if the candidate is a minor.
Only one registration per candidate will be considered.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria are defined by the organizer and include photogenic qualities, attitude, age, and height. No complaints from unsuccessful candidates will be accepted against the decisions of the organizing committee.

Responsibilities

The organizer cannot be held responsible for internet network malfunctions, email issues, postal service problems, casting suspension or cancellation, or the quality of photos and videos submitted.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations, or suspend, alter, or terminate the contest at any time, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the contest’s smooth operation.
The contest duration is indicative and may be modified at the organizer’s discretion.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages or accidents occurring during or after participation in the contest.

Regulations

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these Regulations, the organization conditions, the casting process, and the results.
Unforeseen cases will be decided by the organizer, and their decision will be final.

Complaints received more than one month after the casting closing date will be automatically rejected.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Regulations are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only the Paris courts will have jurisdiction.
