The legal basis for the processing is the relationship between the Publisher and the applicant for the castings and competitions organised by the Publisher in accordance with our Regulations insofar as the collection of data is mandatory for participation in the casting and competition and for the execution of future contracts. Personal information collected may include your name, postal and/or email address, telephone and/or mobile number, banking information, physical appearance information, photograph, voice announcement, video, interests and use of the service.

In addition, the user of the site (www.topmodelinternational.com) may be asked to provide certain data such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and other data such as country and city of residence or any other information that the User may indicate through the forms provided. Some non-personal information may be collected such as the Member’s or any user’s browser version (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.), the type of operating system used (Mac OS X, Windows XP, etc.) and the IP address of the computer used. 

Information about castings and contests is available on the Site. In addition, it may be distributed by us or through our partners to interested parties, through newsletters or third-party websites or by any electronic (email, SMS, etc.) or audio-visual (radio, television, etc.) communication channel, or in the press (newspapers, magazines, etc.), in order to increase your chances of meeting people by promoting your advertisements and presentation. Consequently, you expressly authorise the Site to reproduce and disseminate the information comprising your presentations (information, description, images, etc.) on all or part of the Site and/or on all media and means of dissemination, including audio-visual communication (press, radio, television, digital, cable or satellite) or electronic (email SMS, Internet, wap, pocket pc, palm, etc.), for the entire world and for the duration of the contracts with the Site. The remaining data will be processed only for the purpose of receiving offers from the Publisher or its partners, for the Publisher’s customer service, technical administration, for communicating with the User, for marketing purposes and for recommending to the Users services that may be of interest to them. The User agrees that the Publisher may process and use the User’s personal data for the purpose of sending the User marketing communications in connection with this Site by email, SMS or post.

The data collected will not be used for any other purpose and will not be retained in the Site’s systems beyond the period necessary to achieve that purpose. The provision of data is optional, but certain tools on the Site can only produce results if such data is provided.
