TOP MODEL INTERNATIONAL CASTING RULES<\/strong><\/p>
The casting is open on the dates indicated on the website. Participation in this casting implies acceptance of these Rules.<\/p>
How to Participate<\/strong><\/p>
Participation in the casting issubject to online registration via the application formavailable on the Top Model International website.<\/p>
Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>
Be between 15 and 40 yearsold as of September 1, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
Any minor candidate expresslydeclaresthattheirlegalguardians have readthese Rules and have giventheir full and unconditional consent to the candidate\u2019s participation. Failing this, the minor candidate willbedisqualified.<\/li>
The candidate\u2014or theirlegalguardians if the candidate is a minor\u2014undertakes not to participate in any beauty contest, nor to signany exclusive contractwith a modeling or casting agency or withanycompanyorganizing a modeling or beauty contest, from the date of submission of the application and acceptance of these Rules until the dayfollowing the final (if selected), or until the candidate isinformedthattheir participation has not been accepted.<\/li><\/ul>
Registration Requirements<\/strong><\/p>
To bevalid, an application must include the followinginformation:<\/p>
Last name, first name<\/li>
Full address<\/li>
Age and date of birth<\/li>
Email address<\/li>
Phone number<\/li>
Nationality<\/li>
Height<\/li>
Photographs<\/li><\/ul>
Invalid Applications<\/strong><\/p>
The followingwill not beconsideredvalid and will not bind the organizers:<\/p>
Applications submittedafter the casting deadlines (the organizingcompanymayaccept applications submitted the daybeforeclosing, subject to availability).<\/li>
Low-quality photos that do not meet the required standards.<\/li>
Missing contact details.<\/li>
Incomplete or incorrect information.<\/li><\/ul>
Any false declaration of identitywillresult in immediate disqualification.<\/p>
Registration willonlybevalidated if submitted by the candidate undertheirown and sole name, or by theirlegalguardians if the candidate is a minor.<\/p>
Only one application per candidate willbeconsidered.<\/p>
The organizerreserves the right not to publish or select any photo thatdoes not, in its opinion, reflect the values promoted by Top Model International, for anyreasonwhatsoever. The organizeralsoreserves the right to removeany application at any time during the casting process, at its sole discretion and without justification.<\/p>
Uploaded photos may not bemodified. However, theymayberemoved at the candidate\u2019s express request. Subject to this condition, the candidate agreesthat the organizermay continue to use their image for promotionalpurposes of the Top Model International contest as a former candidate, even if the candidate no longer has anyrelationshipwith the organizingcompany.<\/p>
By participating in the contest, the candidate\u2014or theirlegalguardians if a minor\u2014agreesthattheir photos and videos, possiblyaccompanied by their first and last names, maybepublished on the organizer\u2019s communication platforms and social media, and, whennecessary for promotionalpurposes, on the official Top Model International website.<\/p>
It isunderstoodthat the photos and videosprovided are fullyroyalty-free, as guaranteed by the candidate\u2014or theirlegalguardians if a minor. Candidates\u2014or theirlegalguardians\u2014are solelyresponsible for the content theyupload.<\/p>
No compensation maybeclaimed by candidates for the use of their photos and videos by the organizer.<\/p>
SelectionCriteria<\/strong><\/p>
Selectioncriteria are determined by the organizer and are based in particular on photogenicqualities, attitude, age, and height. No claims willbeacceptedfromunsuccessful candidates regarding the selectiondecisions, which do not require justification.<\/p>
No prizewillbeawardedduring the casting phase (selection process).<\/p>
Liability<\/strong><\/p>
The organizercannotbeheld liable for internet network failures, email transmission or reception issues, postal service problems, improperdissemination of the casting, suspension or cancellation of the casting, or the quality of submitted photos and videos.<\/p>
The organizerreserves the right to modifythese Rules or to suspend, amend, or terminate the contest, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, withoutprior notice, particularly in the event of circumstancesdisrupting the plannedoperation of the contest. The duration of the contestis indicative and maybemodified at the organizer\u2019sdiscretion.<\/p>
Under no circumstancesshall the organizerbeheld liable for any direct or indirect damages or accidents arisingduring or following participation in the contest.<\/p>
Acceptance of the Rules<\/strong><\/p>
Participation in the contestimplies full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Rules, the organizational conditions, the casting process, and the results.<\/p>
Any matters not covered by these Rules, the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or General Terms and Conditions of the Top Model International Contest shallbedecided by the organizer, whosedecisionshallbe final.<\/p>
